Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Order Shipment:

If your order has been confirmed and the associated charges have been processed on your credit card. Please allow a maximum of 1 business days handling time. Your order will ship within a maximum of 1 business days from the date of your order.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@fragromance.co.uk.

Receiving Your Product

Shipping Methods: Our products are shipped using DPD Courier Service.
Delivery Time Window: Prior to delivering your products, the DPD Courier will contact you to schedule a delivery time window. It is crucial that you are available to receive your product during this window.
Product Inspection: Upon the arrival of your product, it is essential that you inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any visible damage to the product, please refuse the shipment and immediately contact the Fragromance support team via email at support@fragromance.co.uk with photos of the damage to the product.
Notating Shortages: If you discover any shortages in your order, please make sure to note them on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of delivery. Simultaneously, please contact the Fragromance support team at support@fragromance.co.uk so that we can promptly provide you with the missing product.
